Bluerent provides housing for groups of 10–40 people in Poznań and its satellite towns: Koziegłowy, Swarzędz, Przeźmierowo, Tarnowo Podgórne, Komorniki, Gądki and Robakowo. A group of 20 is usually housed in one property or two neighbouring addresses.
Prices start at PLN 30 per night. With monthly B2B billing the rate per bed is negotiated according to the number of beds, room standard and contract length. We issue VAT invoices.
Yes. We work B2B: contract, VAT invoice, monthly billing per bed. Our clients include agencies employing workers from Ukraine, Georgia and Asian countries.
The properties are within 10 km of the main industrial zones of the metro area — including Volkswagen Poznań, the Karolin zone, the Tarnowo Podgórne zone, the hub in Sady and the logistics centres in Gądki and Robakowo.
Yes, we arrange transport from the housing to the plants with trusted carriers. Transport is priced individually — usually as a fixed addition to the monthly bill.
When beds are available, a group moves in within 24–48 hours. Larger intakes, or one property for a whole crew, usually take 3–7 days.
Yes. For every stay we issue the certificates needed for residence registration and legalisation procedures — at no extra charge.
In Polish, English, Ukrainian and Spanish — house rules are provided in these languages too.
One contract manager on our side — fault reports, staff swaps and paperwork all go through a single channel, with no middlemen.
